Return Policy

We try to make returns as hassle-free as possible. We have a simple, clearly laid out return policy found below.

We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

A RMA must be issued from Berktree, LLC, and written on the return packaging, before an item can be returned.

There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns. This covers the restocking fees given to us by the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and shipping on the order is non-refundable.

If you received a mis-shipment or damaged shipment, we will reship the correct item, as well as pay for the return of the original shipment, and there will not be a restocking fee or any other additional charges.

Items that are defective can only be exchanged within the 14 day return period, for the exact item. Refunds can not be issued, only an exchange for a non-defective item. We will cover the cost of the second shipment, return shipment, and there will not be a restocking fee for defective items.

HOW TO REQUEST A RMA:

A) Call us toll-free at 866-505-5333. Please remember that we are a small company, so if no one is available to answer your phone call, please leave a message and we will be with you shortly.
B) Send an email to customerservice@berktree.com. Please provide the following:

1) Contact name, phone number, address, and email address.
2) Order number
3) Items to be returned
4) Reason for return


The Finer Details

If you need to return an item, please send it via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking confirmation. This covers both you and us in the case of a lost package.

All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, along with a copy of your invoice. Products returns without these required elements will not be accepted and will be returned at customer's expense.

Berktree, LLC cannot and will not accept returns that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 14 day warranty period.

Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, any furniture items, sports related memorabilia and collectibles, any custom made products, personal care items, professional medical products, intimate products, software, video games, and computer parts and accessories.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us and request a RMA within 14 days of delivery, to let us know of any shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased, and other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Contact our customer service department immediately.
