Black and white 96-well plates are specifically designed for fluorescence and luminescence assays. Made of polystyrene, they feature a flat-bottom well design and have a total well volume of 400uL with a recommended working volume of 200 to 350uL. Select resins and manufacturing methods ensure maximum signal, low background, and minimal signal crosstalk. Alphanumeric coordinates offer easy orientation and sample identification. Meet the proposed SBS industry guidelines.
Nunclon[DELTA] treated surface ensures optimal cell adhesion and growth. Non-treated surface is ideal for use in liquid phase immunoassays, serological tests and other homogeneous assays. MaxiSorp surface has a high affinity for proteins, especially antibodies. PolySorp surface is less polar than MaxiSorp and has an affinity towards molecules with mainly hydrophobic domains. MaxiSorp and PolySorp surfaces are used in many solid phase immunoassays.
Ordering Information: Plates are packaged 10 per sleeve with the exception of 43300-430, -434, and -444, which are packed 1 per sleeve.
