Job Responsibilities:
Manage continuous Conversion optimization
process in order to maximize website performance.
Analyze and Enhance web experiences and usage
paths to identify gaps and needed efficiencies in user landing experience and
overall website experience.
Work with web and creative teams to
coordinate development of lead generation assets.
Subject matter expert & advocate for best
practices and around campaign reporting, conversion optimization, program/site
measurement and multivariate testing.
Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital
media platforms.
Build effective teams, manage multiple projects, and supervise
collaboration between departments in order to drive positive business growth.
Track growth and maintain analytic reports to provide
up-to-date information to upper management.
Develop and implement strategies for new media and digital
marketing teams.
REQUIRMENTS
Advanced understanding of web analytic tools
(pathing, tracking code customization, best practices for implementation)
Strong understanding of website performance
drivers and the ability to use data to drive fundamental web engagement
strategies
Basic
HTML and CSS skills and experience with best practices for landing page design
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree
Search Engine Optimization
Outstanding Online Marketing ability
Social Media Savvy
Email marketing ability.
