Inventory Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities

 

Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of Inventory integrity while leading the inventory team to ensure accuracy.
Will lead productivity initiatives by evaluating and implementing new inventory processes and capabilities.
Continually communication with other management personnel
Continual upkeep and accuracy of inventory
Assist in maintaining shipping targets for Late Shipments.
Maintain maximum profit margins per unit.
Preparing and maintaining records of inventory
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
Submit annual budget reports, ensure financial standards, and resolve issues.
Assess and monitor warehouse transactions.
Track inventory maintenance and control equipment flow.
Act as liaison between the warehouse and customer service.


REQUIRMENTS

 

Minimum Three years in an Inventory Management Role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Properly handle order process as well as return process to stay within our target times.
Ability to comprehend inventory tracking systems.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and as required
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with self-motivating initiative.
Professional Conduct with in work place
Ability to self-motivate and preform the high enough count.
Bachelor’s Degree
