ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100/M3.5) cleanroom chairs feature a five-legged, polished cast-aluminum base with 66cm (26') spread. Paddle-activated "Soft Touch" pneumatic mechanism adjusts seat height. Ergonomic seat has four-way contour, waterfall front, and internal bumper guard. Seat measures 47Wx43.2Dx7.6 thick cm (18 1/2 x17x3'). The backrest measures 39.4Wx36.8Hcm (15 1/2 x14 1/2") with lumbar support and plastic protective back panel.
Chairs 21406-974, -970, and -972 have an adjustable 50.8cm (20') dia. tubular cast-aluminum footring.
