Modular storage cabinets offer a variety of prearranged cabinet configurations to meet the needs of laboratories or industrial workplaces. The compact, high-density design of these cabinets offers a great deal of volume capacity per unit. Full extension drawers have a load capacity of 250kg (550lbs.) per drawer. Telescopic, side-mounted rails have a total of eight precision ball bearings per drawer (four per side) to handle this capacity. This construction also ensures smooth, effortless opening and closing, even when fully stocked. All cabinet drawer pans are constructed from heavy gauge steel and have reinforced edges. Drawer pans are also equipped with perforations for the creation of partitions and compartments.
To prevent tipping or collapse, cabinets feature an interlocking drawer safety feature, which permits the opening of only one drawer at any time. There are also four bottom corner holes for anchoring the unit to the floor. Every cabinet top is covered with a ribbed black vinyl mat for added protection as a durable work surface.
