Constructed from 7 millimeter neoprene that allows a comfortable amount of stretch. Choose either the side release buckles or hook and loop. The side-release buckles on each side of the pad are recessed in neoprene sleeves so user’s arms do not rub on the buckles. The hook and loop chest strap fastens in the middle of the strap and has a finger loop for easy removal. Both straps are adjustable.
