Application-specific columns for underivatized and inorganic acids are resistant to oxidative damage. Columns have an acidic functionality incorporated into the polymer structure, permitting analysis of acidic compounds without derivatization. This significantly reduces adsorption of acids and increases sample capacity for volatile free acids. Columns last longer and provide better peak shapes for high molecular weight acids. Equivalent to USP G25 and G35 phases.
Phase composition: crossbonded Carbowax (100% polyethylene glycol). Temperature range: 40 to 240/250 degrees C (104 to 464/482 degrees F).
