Monofilament acts like a tendon, providing dynamic traction for flexion or extension. Can be used as a static-progressive component in a flexion or extension splint, as well as following tendon repairs and burns and to help reduce IP joint stiffness. Includes finger wraps with monofilament, line guide and tension-adjustable connecting piece for one finger and wrist and forearm straps. Does not include traction device and splint base.
