Designed for quick-and-easy application when a patient requires temporary immobilization of acute wrist and forearm fractures. The aluminum core allows it to be molded to fit the patient’s wrist and forearm. This is ideal for post-casting immobilization and post-surgical immobilization. The Sam Sugar Tong limits flexion, extension and rotation of the wrist. Can be easily applied in less than one minute without water or gloves. Soft padding provides excellent ventilation and comfort, can be easily re-molded and is radiolucent.
