Shipping Policy

We want to have an open, honest communication with the customer. That's why you'll find the exact shipping rate and lead-time to ship on every product page.

The lead-time to ship does not include the transit time of the product.

We currently only offer ground shipping. Most orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

As most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, we cannot offer expedited services or expedited shipping.

We do offer international shipping through our International Checkout system. International orders must be placed on Berktree.com. Simply add the product to your cart, and press the “International Checkout” icon to complete your order.
