Measure kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids by ASTM Standard D445. Also measure viscosity of cut-back asphalts and road oils at 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) and asphalt cements at 135 degrees C (275 degrees F), in the range of 30-6000 centistokes by ASTM D2170. Especially useful for limited sample sizes; require a minimum sample of 3mL. Can be filled and cleaned without removal from constant temperature bath. Liquid bath depth: 230mm. Specifications conform to ASTM Standard D446. Calibrated by manufacturer and supplied with certificate.
Ordering Information: Holders sold separately. Rubber holder is drilled and split to accommodate the viscometer. Chemically-resistant plastic holder slips over viscometer and holds it firmly in place with a spring clip.
