The Venipuncture Needle-Pro device is designed to provide a quick and effective means of needlestick protection for phlebotomists, nurses, and other clinicians. Can be used with most common needle and vacuum tube systems. Meets the new OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard in conformance with the requirements of the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act.

This device is a holder-based unit so it does not allow the contaminated needle to be removed. Once engaged, both ends of the needle are covered, protecting the clinician from accidental needlestick. Because this device is disposable, possible cross-contamination from reuse is eliminated.
